HP Glue Valves
The HP Glue Valve is capable of running glues up to 1500 centipose and includes a manual volume adjustment. The HP shutter mechanism is a pneumatically controlled tip sealing device designed to prevent excessive adhesive build up at the orifice opening. It also prevents air from reaching the adhesive during periods of inactivity, reducing down time due to potentially clogged nozzles

The HP applicator is also available with a three way valve attachment, allowing both adhesive and cleaning solution to be put through directly to the applicator itself.
An air valve control is recommended for use with the shutter mechanism. These valves are designed to control up to six shutters.
